Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain high standards in order to keep our Members' personal information confidential. We invite you to use this privacy site to learn more about current legislation designed to protect your privacy, about the types of information we collect and how it is use, and about the steps we have taken to ensure your personal information is handled appropriately.
Opting out of offers and promotions
Effective January 1, 2004, the Privacy Legislation has mandated that all businesses offer current customers the right to opt-out of receiving future marketing offers and promotions. As a Member-services organization, CAA gives you our word that your information is never sold to outside organizations. Member and customer information is shared only between CAA South Central Ontario (CAASCO) and its subsidiaries for marketing and promotion purposes, if we see a valuable benefit to you.
If you would like to withdraw your consent to our using or disclosing your personal information for the purpose of informing you about products and services that we offer (or that we and our partners jointly offer), which we believe may be of interest to you, please fill out an Opt-out Form and submit it online. If at any time you change your mind and wish to remove the Opt-out consent, please send us an email at privacy@caasco.ca to have the Opt-out removed.

CAA has partnered with many organizations as a way to make your membership work harder for you. But your privacy is always top of mind. Although we sometimes offer products and services jointly with our partners, they never have access to our list of members and customers.
